The conditions of our price promise

There are a number of conditions of our Price Promise, so please check that:

• The service offered by the competitor is exactly the same as the one we supply and is offered on the same terms
• Any parts which are being including in the service are identical to the parts which we will supply
• You hold a written quotation from the other party clearly stating what is included in their price – including manufacturer parts and models
• All parts which they are offering to provide are in stock and the installation service is available immediately
• The competitors price must be available to all customers and excludes any membership or personal discounts
